Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. International shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 6–12 business days from dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, launches) delivery can take a little longer - the estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate figure for your order.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it's dispatched. You can also check progress at any time on the Track My Order page.
If your order contains several items (for example a bundle), items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels a few days apart. You won't pay any extra shipping when this happens.
